“Developing your strength and structure builds balance and dexterity on the bike.”

By combining high-level personal training and mountain bike coaching techniques you will develop body balance, strength, and power both on and off the bike. I believe this is the best way to train for optimal health and bicyling performance. I commit to guide each client step by step, working from the bottom to the top, minimizing apprehension and maximizing motivation. 

I will teach you to balance off the bike to achieve better balance on the bike. You will build a stronger core and develop full body strength to maneuver your bike and body in smooth transitions to feel more confident while riding. This full-body approach leads to a healthier lifestyle in which you will feel better, move better and feel stronger.

Private coaching lessons start at $550 for a half day (4 hrs)  and can be broken into 2-day/21hour lessons.

I recommend at least two half-day sessions (8 hrs) to cover all the basics- discounted to $1000.

If you would like to add on a person to be instructed with you, there is a flat charge of $200 for each half day (4 hrs) you both attend.

This training allows for ongoing sessions only after the initial minimum half-day training for a fee of $100 per hour per session.
