Stephen Araza leads STAR Foundation Training with over 25 years of experience in movement & exercise, mountain bike racing, and coaching.
Stephen’s lifelong fitness journey, coupled with 25+ years in hospitality management as a director and chef, makes him the ideal personal trainer. He knows how to actively listen and put the client first, personalizing every angle of overall health.

Mountain Bike Coaching
I continue the personal training approach with my mountain bike coaching. I assess where you are at and I move you towards a better rider from the foundations of mountain bike riding.

My goal for you is to keep you smiling while you ride better for longer on the trails. I know how to make you a better rider in a few short sessions.
No experience riding and want to learn the basics first?
I have you covered in a no-pressure environment. Racing six months a year and need to level up? I can put it all together for you with a program that will allow you to reach your best. My special interest is in new and younger riders and any riders that are ready to tackle trails that require a little more technical skill.

I combine the best training techniques of both personal training and mountain bike coaching to develop body balance, strength and power on and off the bike.

It is the best way to train for optimal health and mountain bike performance.
I take you through training in both arenas step by step so there is no apprehension in the sessions. We start with body balance and then work all the way up to body and bike performance.
